While everyone has the capacity to learn music, progress is personal. It depends on factors like consistent practice, dedication, and your natural affinity for the instrument. Generally, students begin to feel truly comfortable and confident with their instrument after about a year of steady study.

Yes, owning your own instrument is essential for long-term success. While we can provide an instrument for use during in-studio sessions, having one at home is a must to ensure you can maintain a consistent practice routine and make steady progress.
Yes! We offer a complimentary 30-minute introductory session for both in-studio and online lessons. This is a great way to meet your instructor and discuss your musical goals before committing to a full schedule.

Comprehensive Student Policy & Terms of Service
1. Payment Terms & Tuition Fees
Monthly Packages: To secure and maintain your scheduled lesson slot, all package payments must be made in full within the first 5 days of each calendar month. Payments cover the full monthly lesson package in advance.
Late Payments: If payment is not received by the 5th of the month, your scheduled slot may be released to students on the waiting list.
Non-Refundability: All fees paid for lesson packages are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to other students.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice Rule: If you need to reschedule a lesson, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as "no-shows," will be charged in full. No make-up lesson or refund will be provided.
Rescheduling Limit: To maintain consistency, only one (1) rescheduling is permitted per student per month, provided a justified reason is given and 24-hour notice is met.
Teacher Cancellations: If the teacher needs to cancel a lesson due to an emergency or illness, a make-up lesson will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time, or a credit will be applied to the following month.
3. Punctuality & Attendance
Start Time: Please arrive (for in-person lessons) or log in (for online lessons) on time.
Late Arrivals: If a student is late, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time. The lost time will not be extended or made up.
Waiting Window: The teacher will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes. If the student does not show up within this timeframe, the lesson will be considered a "no-show" and charged in full.
4. Specific Terms for Online Lessons
Technical Requirements: Students are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, a functioning webcam, a microphone, and any required software (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) prior to the lesson.
Technical Disruptions: * If a technical issue originates from the teacher's side, the lost time will be made up or the lesson rescheduled.
If the technical issue originates from the student's side, the teacher will wait online, but the lost time cannot be recovered or refunded.
Environment: Students must attend online lessons from a quiet, private environment free from major distractions.
5. Specific Terms for In-Person Lessons
Health and Safety: If a student shows symptoms of a contagious illness (e.g., fever, heavy cough, flu), they must not attend the in-person lesson. If 24 hours' notice cannot be given, please request to switch the lesson to an online format for that day to avoid losing the session.
Property Respect: Students (and accompanying guardians) must respect the premises and equipment. Any intentional damage to property will be the financial responsibility of the student/guardian.
6. Code of Conduct & Termination of Service
Mutual Respect: High standards of respect and appropriate behavior are expected at all times. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive language will result in the immediate termination of services without a refund.
Policy Agreement: By submitting payment for your lessons, you formally agree to adhere to all the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
